How to use

Before cleaning: Test a hidden section of carpet for colorfastness. RESOLVE® Carpet Cleaning Machine Formula Concentrate was tested by independent laboratories for machine safety in leading current full size upright and canister steam machine cleaner models and hand-held machines. Use RESOLVE® Carpet Cleaning Machine Formula Concentrate as directed, and follow all usage directions in machine user’s guide. Not responsible for damages resulting from use of product with improperly maintained machines or from misuse. Note that certain stains may cause permanent discoloration even after cleaning. DO NOT MIX WITH BLEACH or use in conjunction with other household products.

DIRECTIONS FOR BEST RESULTS:

1. Vacuum thoroughly to remove loose dirt.

2. Shake bottle well before using.

3. Pre-treat tough stains with RESOLVE ® Carpet Cleaner.

4. For home owned and rental machines recommended use is 2.3 fl. oz. of RESOLVE ® Carpet Cleaning Machine Formula Concentrate fluid per gallon of hot tap water. Note: the water chamber in many leading machines holds one gallon of water.

5. Deep clean carpet and upholstery following machine user’s guide.

6. Allow carpet to dry thoroughly before using area.
